Cancellations, Refunds. The enrollment agreement may be canceled within ﬁve (5) calendar days after the date of signing provided that the School and Virtanza are notiﬁed of the cancellation in writing. If such cancellation is made, School and/or Virtanza will promptly refund in full all tuition and fees paid pursuant to the enrollment agreement, less a $75 Registration Fee and the $200 Student Assessment Fee, if applicable. Refunds shall be made no later than thirty days(30) after cancellation.
This provision shall not apply if Student has already started the Course. There are no refunds available after the Student has completed the ﬁrst two (2) classes.
Live Online Course, No-Show Policy. Commencing with the ﬁrst day of live class, Students who do not attend as contracted will be assessed the following fees:
1. No Show = Refund less $75.00 Registration Fee
2. No Show After 2 Classes = No Refund of Fees; Student may opt for Re-Enrollment.
3. Re-Enrollment. A student may choose to re-enroll in the next cohort of the course enrolled. To do so, Student must pay a $100 fee and provide a re-enrollment statement describing the need for accommodation, to be reviewed and approved by Virtanza’s administration and university program team. Student is responsible for original ﬁnancing terms as contracted with ﬁnancing partner.
Independent Study Course: No refund of independent study class tuition after login to the online course resources or five days after the date of the enrollment agreement.
Independent study courses must be completed within 28 weeks of course start. Extensions of access to course materials are available, upon request for $100 for the first three months and $250 per three month increment thereafter.
